By accessing or using the Nandy website at nandyai.com (the "Site") or any related services provided by Lexifyr Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Nandy," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or our services.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Lexifyr Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Your continued use of the Site constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updated version of these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or submit information to us. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

If you are submitting information on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Nandy provides an AI-native operating system for housing societies: payment reconciliation, committee-grade books and reporting, resident and visitor management, and an AI assistant. The Site provides information about the Services and forms through which you may contact us, book a demo, or start a trial.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or our services at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

When you submit information through any form on the Site, including contact requests, demo bookings, or support inquiries, you represent and warrant that:

• The information is true, accurate, current, and complete;
• You have the right to submit the information and to grant the rights described below;
• The information does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law.

You grant Nandy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and process the information you submit solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing the Services, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the overall design, are owned by Nandy or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

"Nandy" and the Nandy logo are trademarks of Lexifyr Technologies Pvt. Ltd. All other trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or our networks;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent;
• Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those parties.

THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION OR INQUIRY DOES NOT GUARANTEE PLACEMENT, EMPLOYMENT, OR ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME. ANY DECISIONS REGARDING PLACEMENT ARE MADE AT VECTR'S SOLE DISCRETION.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTR, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nandy and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Your continued use of the Site after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
